On November 9, 2019, Riccardo Massi will join Anna Netrebko and Christopher Maltman in an operatic gala concert at the Copenhagen Concert Hall under the musical direction of Maestro Claudio Vandelli, replacing fellow tenor Yusif Eyvazov.

The Italian tenor and the Russian soprano, who had previously sang together in concert at the Théâtre des Champs Élisées Paris in 2014, will perform arias and duets by Giuseppe Verdi and Giacomo Puccini.

After this Copenhagen appearance, Riccardo Massi’s upcoming engagements include Radamès in Aida and a gala concert at the Mikhailovsky Theatre, St Petersburg, Cavaradossi in Tosca at the Semperoper Dresden, Manrico in Il trovatore and Cavaradossi in Tosca at the Bavarian State Opera Munich, his role debut as Zamoro in Alzira at the Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège, Liège, and his Teatro Carlo Felice Genoa debut as Des Grieux in Manon Lescaut.
